Ingredients:
4 cups old fashion oats 4 scoops vanilla protein powder 1 cup healthy peanut butter 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 1 Tsp cinnamon 3 Tbs chia seeds 1 cup chopped dates (optional) 1 cup warm water Directions: Mix all the ingredients together and press into a wax paper lined 13x9 baking dish. Freeze for 30 minutes. Remove from freezer. Lift out frozen mixture with the wax paper and cut into squares. Keep in the refrigerator for a week or frozen for a longer shelf life.
