InstructionsTo cook the cauliflower:
Place the cauliflower florets onto a large cookie sheet Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat then season with salt, chili pepper, paprika and garlic. Mix it all with your hands or a large spoon.
Bake at 400, stirring occasionally, for 30-35 minutes or until tender and the florets start to get nice and golden brown.
