Add a cup of water and a cup of sugar to a pot and simmer until clear. Then simmer one cup of blueberries for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Allow to cool completely. Once cooled, strain out the solids and set the blueberry syrup aside. Infuse the tequila. Pour 1 1/2 cups of tequila into a jar. Place the tea bags into the tequila and allow it to infuse for 15 to 30 minutes. It should be flavorful but not too strong or bitter. Remove the tea bags and discard. Build your cocktail. Add 3 ounces of your infused tequila to a large glass. Add 3/4 ounce of blueberry syrup and fresh squeezed lime juice. Fill your glass with ice. Top your glass with grapefruit soda. Stir.
