This recipe will have your house smelling amazing while it cooks in the oven for a couple of hours. Order yourself some of these French Flageolet Beans and make sur e to take the time to soak them overnight. There is a reason the French use these silky beans in their cassoulet recipes. If you don't want to use or buy Flageolet beans you can substitute them with dried cannellini beans.
These beans would also be delicious alongside some grilled kielbasa or other sausages. Thanks Ina Garten!
