Ingredients
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded or cut into pieces 1/2 cup chopped celery 1 8 oz can sliced or chopped water chestnuts, drained 2 cups seedless red grapes, halved 2-3 oz of sliced almonds Dressing 1 cup mayonnaise 1 Tbs soy sauce 1 Tbs lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp curry powder (more if you like) 1 Tbs prepared mango chutney (Asian section of the grocery store) Salt to taste Directions Gently combine the chicken, celery, water chestnuts, grapes and almonds in a large bowl. Combine the dressing ingredients and mix well. Add to the chicken mixture and stir gently to combine. Season with salt to taste.
